Women are such strange creatures.
We can say one thing, but we don’t mean it, and we don’t actually mean the direct opposite, leaving everyone else clueless and stuck in the grey areas.
We say that we can only be friends, but really, we’re probably head over heels for you. [Hmm. Is for the correct preposition used here?] Because… just because of the silly reasons of life. Like oh, we don’t want to ruin the friendship…
We can drop hints, and when asked whether we are [okay, note to boys: it's just stupid to ask anyway], we happily say no. But on the inside, we’re plain annoyed that they didn’t get the hint.
We don’t ever give direct, straight-to-the-point answers, just because… we don’t.
We love being showered with gifts, but we have to be modest, and say no, we prefer only quality time spent. What absolute nonsense! We want both!
When we’re grumpy and upset, we just need to give the usual PMS excuse, when really, sometimes, it’s because someone upset us but we don’t want to talk about it.
Women are just hard to please. It’s very much wired in our DNA.
Hmm. But well, I love being a woman! It allow us to do silly things, without being noticed. Cause we’re just so oh-so-complex. Hmm, really? Haha.
